I have very painful feet due to high arches, plantar fasciitis, and heal spurs. I am a 37-year-old college professor and I am on my feet for hours on end. These are the best shoes I have ever owned, offering great arch-sport and lots of cushioning for the heal. There is also plenty of room in the toe-box. I can see that these would not be a great style for narrow/flat feet, but for messed-up high-arched feet like mine, they feel custom-make. These are not high-fashion shoes, but they are actually much cuter than the picture (I got the red ones). One word of caution: I wear a Euro 40 regular in other clog styles but in this shoe I took a US 8 wide - so they do run quite big.
